horror game.

footsteps echo around the now abandond mall. shops are destroyed and rotten, no clear path is found but your attention is overwelmed by the smell of extreme rot and gasiline. you cant put your tounge and what it is but yet you know what it is. [[Go deeper]] [[Investigate the smell]]

you take a step infront of you and the pungent smell attacks you. you cant walk any further without knowing what that is. [[Investigate the smell]]

The further you go, the more the light starts to fade. you were okay with the light seeping in through the boarded up window. Never should have listened to your friends. [[Keep on going]]

You walk up to what you think is a prize counter, an arcade perhaps, they are quite populater in malls. a single item stands on the table, a flashlight that could help you see but somethings off. this is to conveniant. like someone wants you to be here, stop over thinking. [[Grab the flashlight]] [[Leave it there]]

You snatch it as fast and you can making sure nothing can jump at you, you sigh to your self and start to walk away. "such a daring child to come here..."a voice echos across the walls, your body stops and you can feel the sweat forming on your forehead. [[Talk back]] [[Keep quiet]]

You tell yourself its to old to work, whats the point? But you turn your head to the open mall ahead of you and decide you need this flashlight, weither it works or not, you can find batteries later. [[Grab the flashlight]]

you press the button on the flashlight and to your suprise it works, not an immediate flash of light but its blub is very worn out, you look around while shouting back, "What are you doing here?! Why cant i see you?", you feel terrible, you head is spining and your vision is fading in and out. "such a curious child arent you, youll learn with time young one, but for now. enjoy the show!" now you realise, this thing isnt a human, and its taunting you. and most important whats the show? suddenly the floor under falls and the rest is a blur, should have never talked back to him, never should have amused him. [[wake up]]

You crawl to your knees, youve never been good with situations like these. "not a chatty one are you, come on your no fun! whats your name young one?" you dont reply, maybe if you just stay quiet then maybe theyll just go away. all of a sudden a ring blares in your ears and you cover your ears but it doesnt go. "Talk to me." [[Talk back]]

A blinding but yet calm light falls apon you eyes bring you from your slumber, your on the ground floor of the mall now and its more intack then you though, you looki around to see your in a pile of rubbish bags. it took your fall, but still gross. the light is still unknowi=en but it seems to be calling you. you find a crack is the supports of the building and the sun poking through it, under lays a pair of goggles, like ski goggles but but also not? cant place your fingers on it but you grab them and pick them up. a strangle feeling resenates off of it. [[Put them on]] [[leave them for now]]

you take a peek in the goggles, there some kind of organge tint to it and the world inside is diffrent, you hear what sounds like laughter and chatter, you slowly pull the goggles to your face and close your eyes. sound blares in your ears as you cut away from the scilent mall, new surroundings that still look somewhat fimilar children run around and others playing on the ocasional arcade machine. The world you once tried so hard to ignore really was beatiful at some point. all the voices telling you things no one else would understand, gone. take them off and they are gone. "like it? i infused souls into it properties so those are connected to the children who came here. who i killed. much like you." you know this voice all to well, but they wanted you to see this, see what this place was. But now they want you gone. "im afraid that your time is up child, run all you can ill find you, plus where can you hide in a place like this." [[Run...]]

you look away, not letting temptation take over you. you find a broken escilator to the far side of the building. "Finnally a way out!" you havent been here long but your happy to get out. you run as fast as you can to the entranceand fly out of the mall, leaving it behind. The goggles are left there, screaming seeping from the object. The souls are trapped, but you are not. Thats all that batters right. Right? The "right?" ending.

As if you know the next sentence you throw your legs forward and sprint as fast as you can. The ahall way bends and turns, pillars fall and pieces of rot fall of buildings. you take a peek back. Worst mistake youve ever made. what you see is limited because of your depleting stamina. your screaming at you self to run but your legs give in. you cant do this. cant make it. your eyes widen as the floor opens up beneath you. a short look down makes you think your in a fever dream, what looks like a skin coverd cavity. "Wait what-?!" you scream, you didnt mean too but it just came out. you dont have the power to grab onto the edge but you try anyway, reaching for the edge. your hand slips immediately. Falling past the eyes teeth and other things that bring you closer to your death you eventually bounch on something, fleshy, but bead. [[Accept it.]]

the skin raps around you, trying to rip you apart, to use you for this wirlpool of death. "you were the only one who put up a fight, the only one I think deserves to be down here. Alive. It was fun, I must say! But your time to shine. Is up." A figure walks out of the darkness. The body is torn and witherd, this thing isnt human. Something trys to reveal its self, your eyes fade and you feel parts of your body rip off your body, you dont care anymore. Your glad its over. [[The end]]

The wind falls past your face makeing your hair fly in uneven patterns, your not meant to feel, your dead, but you feel dread and unhappy, why you? Why me. "You seem sad, please open your eyes." You open your eyes to see a plain field with white grass and no sky. "a new one?! Welcome, we have all fallen for the tricks of the Jester, it annoys me how he thinks its funny." Your confused. You dont know where you are but yet, your okay being here. Even if it means forever. Life was to hard. This is easy. You were tricked, but you dont mind. The peace ending... is it?
